Terms and Conditions

If you need to contact the David’s Tent team about anything to do with the event please e-mail us at info@davidstent.net

Tickets

There are no refunds on ticket purchases.

If the event is cancelled the value of the ticket will be refunded but the booking fee is non refundable. David’s Tent will attempt to contact all delegates should the event be cancelled but we cannot guarantee being able to inform everyone.

If there are extenuating circumstances which mean a delegate will not be able to attend David’s Tent they should write to us at the above e-mail address after the first week of September and we will consider the case. We will aim to respond to these requests by the end of October but are under no obligation to issue a refund.

Camping

We ask all delegates to use the rubbish and recycling areas and keep their camping area as tidy and clean as possible.

If you are asked to make adjustments to your pitch or your site by your village host, you must comply with their request.

We ask for mutual understanding from all camping delegates, keeping noise at a minimum during the night and respecting each other’s property.

David’s Tent accepts no responsibility for damage or loss to delegates’ property.

Please note that strictly no disposable BBQs or rogue bonfires are allowed on the site for the duration of the event. Proper BBQs with legs and covers (suspended off the ground) are permitted and there will be designated camp fires in drums around the site.

David’s Tent asks all delegates to exercise caution when using camping stoves to limit the risk of fires.

We kindly ask delegates not to bring glass products to David’s Tent.

Over 18s are welcome to bring some alcohol, David’s Tent supports responsible drinking.

All people under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (over 18) who is solely responsible for them for their duration on the site.

There is no children’s programme for the event but we will endeavour to be as accommodating as possible.
