Community Tent

Come in Unity!

The Community Tent will consist of several workshops which will facilitate teaching, connections and networking amongst David’s Tent delegates. We strongly encourage you to come, participate and connect with like-minded people – it’s amazing when heavenly connections are made for Kingdom purposes.

Have you been praying to meet like-minded people? Have you wanted a space to share the burning call and vision on your heart? Then come and join in and meet with others in the Community Tent.

When and where will it be?

Schedule for community tent and workshops will be released nearer to the event. The tent will be located in the main village of the event with easy access for all.

What will be happening inside?

This tent can take up to 300 people and there’ll be small workshops with a mixture of practical teaching, discussion and interaction in the afternoons. These workshops will be participatory and interactive, so come prepared to join in. Workshop Leaders will facilitate the workshops in such a way so that people attending can also connect and network with others in the workshop group who share a similar passion for that particular subject.

Why a Community Tent?

Something that we are so mindful of is that people come to events and don’t always have the opportunity to develop relationships with other people; they come to an event, receive and leave. The heart of this tent is to provide a space to encourage people to network. We are especially mindful that many people coming to David’s Tent are the ‘hidden ones’ – those who have been faithfully working for the Lord in whatever capacity and who don’t necessarily connect with like-minded people where they live/work and it is our heart to provide a space where connections can naturally happen.

So what will it look like?

The community tent will be divided up into sections with chairs/spaces for people to sit. Each section will be hosted and led by a Workshop Leader.

The workshops confirmed so far include Prophetic Evangelism and Prophetic Art, as well as other subjects yet to be confirmed. Each workshop will consist of small groups of about 30 people. It will be a hive of kingdom inspiration and connection.

Will I be charged for attending the workshops in the tent?

No, no-one will be charged. Your ticket allows you full-access to all events.

Who can have a section in the Community Tent?

We would like to have various different areas of ministry and creative expression represented in the Community Tent. Please note that the Community Tent will not include exhibition space.

Will a list of people/ministries be available prior to the event?

Yes, once the list is finalised and confirmed, we will release details of the workshops and the timetable here
